The PDWP Approved Two Development Scheme of Various Sectors
The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved two development schemes of various sectors with an estimated cost of Rs. 405.491 million.
The schemes were approved in the 27th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2016-17 presided over by the Punjab Chairman P&D Board Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan.
Secretary P&D Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, all Members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant Provincial Departments also attended the meeting.
According to Spokesman for P&DD, the approved development schemes included Lahore Orange Line Metro Train Project (from Ali Town to Dera Gujran) (Bridge Finance Facility to Civil Contractors of LDA from the Bank of Punjab) at the cost of Rs. 391.516 million and Hiring of transaction advisory services for Construction of the Parking Plaza cum Shopping Mall at old Municipal Corporation, Faisalabad & Construction of the Parking Plaza cum Shopping Mall at Zail Ghar Katchery Bazar, Faisalabad (PC-II) Built Operate & Transfer (BOT) Mode at the cost of Rs. 13.975 million.
