The Punjab PDWP Approved Three Development Schemes of Various Sectors

The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved three development schemes of various sectors with an estimated cost of PKR. 15595.214 Million.

These schemes were approved in the 5th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2017-18 presided over the Chairman P&D Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan. Secretary P&D Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, All Members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.      

The approved development schemes included:

  • Punjab Police Integrated Command, Control & Communication (PPIC3) Centre, Lahore (Revised) at the cost of PKR. 13,717.00 Million
  • Widening/improvement/reconstruction of (Phase-II) Jourian to Siral Harraka Dhudial Road, length: 30.00 km, District. Rawalpindi at the cost of PKR. 1328.214 Million
  • Upgradation of vulnerable unmanned level crossing falling within the Territorial Jurisdiction of the Province of the Punjab at the cost of PKR. 550.000 Million
