The PDWP Approved Three Development Schemes of Various Development Sectors

The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved three development schemes of various development sector with an estimated cost of PKR. 2301.932 million.

These schemes were approved in the 33rd meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2015-16 presided over by the Punjab Chairman P&D Board Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan. Members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant Provincial Departments also attended the meeting.       

According to Spokesman for P&DD, the approved development schemes included:

  • Up-Gradation of RHC Kahna Nau into 60 bedded Tehsil Level Hospital at the cost of PKR. 485.740 Million
  • Prevention and control of hepatitis B&C in the Punjab at the cost of PKR. 1476.308 Million
  • Construction of infrastructure of CTD Punjab: Construction of Regional Office CTD, Rawalpindi at the cost of PKR. 339.884 Million
