The PDWP approved four development schemes of SHC&ME sector

The PDWP approved four development schemes of SHC&ME sector with an estimated cost of Rs 6167.251 million, in its 21st meeting of the current financial year 2023-24.

Chairman P&D Board Mr. Iftikhar Ali Sahoo chaired the meeting.

Approved schemes are as follows:

1) Rehabilitation / Renovation of Hospitals under Specialized

Health Care & Medical Education Department through Health Council/Traditional Mode (Allied Hospital Faisalabad) at the cost of Rs 1364.069 million

2) Rehabilitation/ Renovation of Hospitals under Specialized Health Care & Medical Education Department through Health Council/Traditional Mode (Sir Ganga Ram Hospital) at the cost of Rs 929.939 million

3) Rehabilitation/ Renovation of Hospitals under Specialized

Health Care & Medical Education Department through Health Council/Traditional Mode (Mayo Hospital, Lahore) at the cost of Rs 2070.152 million

4) Program For Strategic Transformation / Revamping of Selected Blocks of Tertiary Care Facilities (Old Block of Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi) at the cost of Rs 1803.091 million

 

Secretary P&D Board Mr.Nadir Chattha, All Members of the P&D Board, provincial Secretaries of concerned departments, and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.
